we currently are using Stencyl 4.0.3

improved features compared to Stencyl 2.2.0 includes 

- Graphics is no longer choppy when playing scale that is not 1:1

- Tile data 

- drawing polygons

- HTML5 release

Disadvantages compered to Stencyl 2.2.0 

- released games may be far larger than it should be. However, this problem can be solved by 

uncheking : 1.5x, 2x, 3x and 4x. and also Tools > Game > Clean up unused files.
