Stencyl - if events in behavior are not working even without programming errors

sometimes, even I myself would encounter this error - behavior is not working even there is no errors 

1) behavior disabled
you can re-enable the behavior via editing actor type and scenes. 

2) event deactivated 

 sometimes, the tick box is too small to realise that certain event is deactivated
